Aerial Yoga uses hammocks made from a silky fabric, hanging from single points in the ceiling.  The class begins with a series of warm-up poses on the floor.  The ground poses are then translated into aerial positions and sequences.  You can enjoy the benefits of inversion while developing flexibility and strength.  The fabric stretches and counteracts the effects of gravity.

Aerial Partner Yoga Aerial Partner Yoga blends yoga and gymnastics into a dynamic practice that cultivates cooperation, listening and playfulness with your neighbors. Working with others in class, you'll spot each other as we each "Learn2Fly." Come celebrate community and expand the horizons of your awareness of self and others. Learn massage techniques as you give and receive massage. Take your yoga practice to a new level. This class is not for absolute beginners. You must be able to hold a headstand in the middle of the room, do handstand at the wall, and a triple back handspring. Haha, Just kidding on the triple back handspring. Bring your sense of fun, discovery and adventure.

Aerial Conditioning Class Aerial Conditioning Class will incorporate silks, a static trapeze, a hoop, and a corde lisse (smooth rope). This full body workout using these aerial apparatuses will help you develop new skills in a circuit training method. Also, weights, fitness balls and floor exercises will be incorporated as instructor sees fit. Use your body in different ways as you develop awareness of your body's ability. This class will help you develop the necessary strength needed for all aerial arts. "Fitness is fun" will be your mantra after this class.
Aerial Silks is a combination of yoga, dance, and acrobatics.  Two long pieces of soft fabric hang from a single point in the ceiling.  Combining strength and flexibility, you climb the fabric and move your body into amazing and beautiful poses and shapes.  Drops and slides are an exciting and fun part of learning these circus techniques.  The class includes a warm up, core strength training, conditioning tips, and stretching.  You'll learn at your own pace and interest level.  Beginners will focus on proper body position, muscle engagement, and basic balances.  Advanced students will learn more difficult skills, choreography and artistry.  As your strength and confidence increase, you'll be amazed at what you are capable of doing.
Corde Lisse is a single soft rope hanging from a point in the ceiling. You climb the rope and move into amazing and beautiful poses and shapes.  This is a fun way to develop and maintain upper body strength, and learn about the fun things you can do with a rope.  It is important to wear two layers of clothing that covers the backs of your knees and under your arms.  You will want a shirt that can be tucked in to give your back protection.
Static Trapeze The Static Trapeze is an aerial apparatus consisting of a bar hung from ropes.  Unlike the flying trapeze, this one generally stays in place.  Climbing, inverting, rolling and turning every which way on the apparatus, you will discover your center of gravity in many different positions.  You will learn how to change positions with grace and ease, while gaining strength and control.
Hula Hoop Dance.Hoop dance teaches you how to move from your center while increasing coordination as well as an understanding of one’s self and body. It uses aspects of prop manipulation techniques similar to that of circus hoop performance and offers a graceful, transformative, and meditative way to stay fit while having fun. Hoop dance is for all shapes, sizes, ability levels and ages, and, although the class is primarily trick-based, class it caters to the desires, needs and ability levels of the individuals so you get exactly what you want out of it. Hoop dance is about experimenting, exercise, adventure and fun. So don’t be timid. Drop in for a class and give it a whirl! The question is not, “What can you do with a hoop?” It's more like, “What can’t you do with a hoop?”
Boxing & Belly Dancing.Shadowboxing is great cardio, and you’re learning self defense too. You can burn 1,000 calories per hour shadowboxing. Learn footwork and punch combinations while you work out to inspiring music. The last half of class focuses on core strength with belly dancing moves. Belly dance is more than just a great core workout. It's a practice of awakening and celebrating Shakti, the feminine essence, in ourselves. Shakti is the divine feminine, creative power. Not only is the Shakti responsible for creation, but it is the agent of all change. Fight (yang) as you also embrace your femininity (yin). Ladies, be fierce and feminine at the same time. The feminine gifts of compassion, nurturing, listening and tolerance are needed in our homes, our communities and our politics now more than ever. Hatha Yoga Flow. This soothing class is open to all levels to explore basic yoga breathing exercises and postures. Develop mindfulness as you integrate the movement of your breath with the movement of your body. Perfect for stress relief and for an overall sense of well being.
Pre & Post Natal Yoga. In this class you will learn: yoga, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation with childbirth. This inspires you with courage, strength, peace, and harmony as you prepare to birth or are recovering from birth. You will experience clarity of mind, self-confidence and strengthening of the uterus and pelvic muscles. You’ll notice a decrease in back pain, sciatica, swelling of the ankles and feet, constipation, varicose veins, and nausea. Improve your physical strength and increase endurance and flexibility..
Affirmation & Meditation.Thoughts are things. Everything you see in the world began as a thought. The thoughts you think literally create the life you want. This class will be a led meditation class, teaching you to train and harness the power of your mind to create the reality you want. The power of affirmations will give your mind the fertile seed necessary to bring your dreams into reality. “First there was the word.” Bring your desires and dreams. Together, we’ll make them come true.
Facial Yoga.You do yoga for the rest of your  body and see results. Come and experience a yoga class for your face. Your face is how others recognize you and the most expressive way of communicating emotions. Stress can take a toll on the delicate muscles of the face and neck, adding years to your life. Facial muscles benefit from exercise just like any other muscles. This class will flex, tone, stretch, and improve circulation, lifting and re-energizing your face. After the facial yoga workout, we'll let the cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing effects of a mask enhance the experience in savasana.  Each week, we'll use different masks. Bring clean skin and a hand towel. Leave with a happy, smiling, refreshed and pampered face.
Yoga Sculpt. This flowing yoga class incorporates free weight exercises between sun salutations and other yoga potures. Sculpt and tone your entire body, seeking new levels of strength and flexibilty. This class will compliment your regular yoga practice and/or condition your body for aerial performance.
