Hula Hoop Dance.Hoop dance teaches you how to move from your center while increasing coordination as well as an understanding of one’s self and body. It uses aspects of prop manipulation techniques similar to that of circus hoop performance and offers a graceful, transformative, and meditative way to stay fit while having fun. Hoop dance is for all shapes, sizes, ability levels and ages, and, although the class is primarily trick-based, class it caters to the desires, needs and ability levels of the individuals so you get exactly what you want out of it. Hoop dance is about experimenting, exercise, adventure and fun. So don’t be timid. Drop in for a class and give it a whirl! The question is not, “What can you do with a hoop?” It's more like, “What can’t you do with a hoop?”
Boxing & Belly Dancing.Shadowboxing is great cardio, and you’re learning self defense too. You can burn 1,000 calories per hour shadowboxing. Learn footwork and punch combinations while you work out to inspiring music. The last half of class focuses on core strength with belly dancing moves. Pre & Post Natal Yoga. In this class you will learn: yoga, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation with childbirth. This inspires you with courage, strength, peace, and harmony as you prepare to birth or are recovering from birth. You will experience clarity of mind, self-confidence and strengthening of the uterus and pelvic muscles. You’ll notice a decrease in back pain, sciatica, swelling of the ankles and feet, constipation, varicose veins, and nausea. Improve your physical strength and increase endurance and flexibility..

This class will be a led meditation class, teaching you to train and harness the power of your mind to create the reality you want. Facial Yoga.You do yoga for the rest of your body and see results. Come and experience a yoga class for your face. Your face is how others recognize you and the most expressive way of communicating emotions. Stress can take a toll on the delicate muscles of the face and neck, adding years to your life. Facial muscles benefit from exercise just like any other muscles. This class will flex, tone, stretch, and improve circulation, lifting and re-energizing your face. After the facial yoga workout, we'll let the cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing effects of a mask enhance the experience in savasana. Each week, we'll use different masks. Bring clean skin and a hand towel. Leave with a happy, smiling, refreshed and pampered face.
Yoga Sculpt. This flowing yoga class incorporates free weight exercises between sun salutations and other yoga potures. Sculpt and tone your entire body, seeking new levels of strength and flexibilty. This class will compliment your regular yoga practice and/or condition your body for aerial performance.
